No significant precipitations are expected in Ukraine on the night of December 31-January 1, director of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center Mykola Kulbida told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Precipitations are not expected in Ukraine on New Year's Eve. There will be light frost - 1…3 degrees below zero in the morning, and around 0 ° in the afternoon," he said.
According to Kulbida, light snow is expected only in the western and northern regions of the country. Warm night temperature -3 ° +3 °, and +1 ° +6 ° will be kept for at least a week.
January 6-8, a significant increase in temperature is expected in Ukraine – up to +5 ° +9 ° in most regions of Ukraine and up to +10 ° +12 ° in Crimea.
