President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych appointed Oleksandr Mazurchak as chairman of Pechersk District State Administration in Kyiv.
This is stated in the Decree of the President of December 26.
Earlier, Mazurchak was the first deputy head of the KCSA. After the March snowfall and abnormal traffic jams in Kyiv in 2013, he voluntarily resigned.
