Traffic in Poshtova Square to be resumed before year-end

Traffic along the second part of the tunnel in the Poshtova Square will be opened before the end of 2013, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Vilkul said today during a working retreat, ForUm correspondent reports.

 

"Our task is to open traffic before the year-end and complete the issues related to decoration and landscaping in the next year. Thus, all six objects, needed to create a continuous traffic line, will be built from the Naberezhna Kreschatytska Street to the Naberezhne high road," he said.

According to Vice Prime Minister, the total interchange funding is 426 million UAH, of which 181 million UAH were already allocated from the state budget, 140 million UAH - from the local budget. Besides, it is planned to finance about 40 million UAH before the year-end and about 70 million UAH the next year to complete all the works.
