Russia does not abandon the idea of introducing entry into its territory for citizens of Ukraine having foreign passport only. This was announced by deputy foreign minister of Russia Grigory Karasin.
"No change in our position has happened," the diplomat said. "This, by the way, is in the interests of both countries," he added.
