President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych believes that personnel decisions in the country should be measured and fair.
The President noted that when it comes to settling the events taking place in the country today, it becomes apparent that faults of certain officials resulted in the crisis So, if necessary, personnel decisions should be taken.
"However, these decisions should be measured and fair. I do not like to act rashly. We should take care of personnel. However, if actions of some official are inefficient or harm society in some way, of course, this official should be replaced. We’ll make the corresponding conclusions," he said in interview with Ukrainian media.
