Next year, Ukraine plans to increase the amount of scholarships for A-level students by 120 hryvnia, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov declared, opening a government’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Next year, we plan to increase the amount of scholarships for A-level students. The increase will be from 70 to 120 UAH, it will depend on the level of accreditation and educational and qualification level of a university," he said.
The Prime Minister also noted that the draft budget for 2014 provides funds for continuation of implementation of the President’s social initiatives.
