Ukraine did not give any promises in exchange for reduction of gas prices, Ukrainian energy and coal industry minister Eduard Stavytsky told a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Nobody promised anything, and this victory was achieved through our negotiations," Stavytsky assured.
Responding to a clarifying question, whether Ukraine will give Russia its gas transportation system, the minister said: "The government carries out a transparent work, and all conditions of the agreement are published on the government website."
