Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak opened and in a few minutes closed the morning session of Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
217 MPs are registered in the hall.
Rybak asked deputies to calm down, and invited faction leaders for consultations in his office.
After that, due to the inability to continue work in plenary mode, Rybak closed the morning session.
