Opposition may unblock the work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to pass the draft law “On the State Budget for 2014”, leader of the "UDAR" faction Vitali Klitschko said.
"We are ready to unblock the Parliament to consider the budget. Let this budget be approved and the government be responsible for it," he said
