The state budget for 2014 was formed on the basis of agreements with partner countries of Ukraine, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The formation of the state budget for 2014 was linked to a specific vector of our state. Taking into account that the Association Agreement with the EU is not signed, and that today there are negotiations with the Russian authorities and we expect signing of certain documents, the government will be able to determine the parameters regarding the gas pricing," Yefremov said.
According to him, the MPs are going to get acquainted with draft budget today.
"We hope to receive a draft budget today, to start working with it. Tomorrow, we will consider it in the committee. We want to accelerate the process, and ask the government for a possibility to examine the draft today, as it will be considered tomorrow, and some questions may arise," he added.
