Today, at 11.44 am, the fire occurred at a coalmine in Oleksandrisk district of Donetsk region, as a result four miners were killed, the pres service of the Donetsk Regional State Administration reports.
"At the time of the accident, there were 28 people at the coalmine, 12 - at the emergency section. According to preliminary data, four miners were mortally injured," deputy director of the department for development of basic industries of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Pavlo Zolotopupov stated.
Departments of rescue service were involved in an investigation.
