The draft state budget for 2014 will be submitted to the Parliament this plenary week, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

The speaker said that he agreed this issue with Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.

"I had a frank conversation with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and we agreed that the budget would be submitted to the Parliament this week. I will send it to the committees for all MPs to learn it and make their comments. It will take around 10 or maybe a few more days," Rybak said.

He also noted that the Verkhovna Rada will have one plenary week in January.

"I hope MPs will approve the budget for 2014 in early February," Rybak said, adding that the budget should be considered carefully, according to all procedures established by the regulations.
