A group of activists from the Maidan Nezalezhnosti tried to go to the pro-government rally held in Yevropeiska Square, ForUm correspondent reports.
Maidan activists stopped at the police cordon, which separates the two rallies, and argue that they just came to talk and "lure" on their side protesters, and do not plan clashes or fights. They chant "Donbass and Crimea, join us!"
The law enforcement officers say that the entrance to the Yevropeiska area is restricted and is allowed only for the participants of the rally in support of the government and journalists.
