The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine confirmed the death of a Ukrainian citizen in the traffic accident in Sebezk district of Pskov region (Russia).
As ForUm learned from the Ministry’s press office, the accident occurred today, December 12, at 9:47 am.
"As a result of the accident, two people were killed, one was a citizen of Ukraine, the citizenship of another deceased had not been established yet," the statement says.
Two Ukrainians more received injuries of varying severity. The injured were delivered to Sebezk district hospital.
The case is under special control of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Saint Petersburg and the Consular Department of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
