Kyiv Pechersky District Court has found Yuriy Bolotov, an alleged participant of the December 1 riots near the Presidential Administration, guilty, fined him and released him from custody, the press service of the Prosecutor Office in Kyiv reports.
"The court found him guilty of active participation in the riots and fined him 50 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (UAH 850), and then released the defendant from custody," the press service said.
The court also released detained activist Mykola Lazarevsky. He will stay under house arrest till January 30, 2014.
