Agrarian policy and food minister of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk believes that requirement for government's resignation is unfounded.

He also noted that the opposition cannot determine the reasons to prove the necessity of the Cabinet’s dissolution.

"What is the reason? Do economic indicators show poor growth? Are social payments not paid? Look at the dynamic growth in the agricultural sector. Agricultural exports doubled for three years. Gross harvest increased from 40 million to 60 million for three years. I don’t welcome the principle of opposition to make unfounded accusations. Give your arguments, and initiate a civilized conversation. Point out mistakes of the government, if any," the minister said.

Prysiazhniuk also added that each meeting of the Cabinet is attended by 5-6 economists, members of the opposition. "They listen, and do neither comments, nor objections," he said.
