MPs from the Freedom faction Andriy Mokhnyk and Eduard Leonov urged citizens to burn buses of the Berkut special forces during today's events near the Kyiv City State Administration, the press service of the Internal Ministry of Ukraine reports.
"Protesters threw smoke bombs, firecrackers and stones to the police and poured water on them in 10 degree of frost," the statement said.
The Internal Ministry also reminded that such illegal actions exposed health and lives of law enforcement officers to danger and provided for criminal liability.
"By unlawful actions the activists of political force provoked police to take enforcement measures of self-defense," the Internal Ministry noted.
