Officers of "Berkut" special forces removed the cordon in the Instytutska Street, where previously there had been barricades of protesters, ForUm correspondent reports.
Now Maidan activists continue cleaning up the area after night events and clearing snow from the city center.

It should be noted that buses with police officers, based opposite the main entrance to the House of Trade Unions, are also leaving.
Traffic in Mykhailivska Square and Sofiyska Square remains blocked.
