Erection of barricades in the city center prevents work of medical workers and emergency services, chief of the State Emergency Service Mykhailo Bolotskikh told journalists before the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Barricades impede the work of medical and emergency services, it is clear to everyone. There are lots of complaints of the outraged citizens," he said.

In addition, according to Bolotskikh, the Emergency Service will not install more warming centers in Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square. "There are enough warming centers," he said.

At the same time, he said that in general the State Emergency Service may install more than three thousand warming centers across the country.
