Government quarter is heavily guarded by law enforcement officers, ForUm correspondent reports.
Along the Hrushevsky Street there are two law enforcement cordons - one near the Lobanovsky stadium, another – near the Cabinet of Ministers. Only people working or residing in this quarter can go through the cordon.
It is worth noting that policemen are friendly, and advice how to get to your place of destination in the center.
In addition, rally of the Party of Regions supporters goes on in Mariinsky Park.
