As of morning December 10, about nine thousand people were involved in eliminating consequences of snowfall in affected regions of Ukraine. In addition, 884 units of municipal vehicles and 182 additional units of equipment were used. This was stated by the Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services Ministry of Ukraine press office.
Minister Hennady Temnyk informed that every two hours the Ministry communicates with regions on progress of clearing works and carefully monitors the situation to prevent traffic restrictions.
