There are no preliminary agreements on Ukraine’s accession to the Customs Union, economic development minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters in Moscow.
According to him, Ukraine may become the Customs Union member some day, “but huge work is to be done for that”.
Ulyukayev said that the country should have clearly expressed desire, which hasn’t been heard so far.
