The return of confectionaries of Ukraine's Roshen company to Russia depends on how fast the producer adjusts the quality of its output to Russian requirements, aide to the Russian prime minister Gennady Onishchenko has said, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

"As soon as they restore order, then everything will come back. There is one barrier - low-quality products will not be allowed in," he told journalists on Monday answering a question from Interfax about the prospects of the return of Roshen confectionary products to Russia.

Onishchenko said that the same applies to the prospects of the return of Moldovan wines to Russia. Here also everything boils down to quality, he said.

"The question should be addressed to the Moldovans," Onishchenko, the former chief sanitation officer in Russia, said.
