New working groups on preparations for signing of the Association Agreement with the EU have started to work, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov said on air of a Ukrainian TV-channel, December 8.
"A technical working group analyzes the state of our economy, analyzes the Agreement on Free Trade Area on each trading position, makes relevant calculations. Then, we will present these calculations to Europe. That is, a negotiation process is going on, it is the most important thing," Arbuzov said.
First Vice Prime Minister stressed that now the key issue is the preparation of the so-called "road map" - a document that will fix the conditions of the two parties to make signing of the Association Agreement mutually beneficial. "Road map should include all economic calculations, transparent and clear u to Europe, and step by step solution to this issue. That is, the road map is to provide for our actions with reference to the terms," Arbuzov said.
