All streets adjacent to the buildings of the Ukrainian government are blocked with police buses, ForUm correspondent reports.
Meanwhile, a column numbering about 300 people is forming in one of the central Kyiv streets. Most of them wear orange plastic helmets. They hold the flags of Ukraine with no party symbols.
