A rally "Let’s build Europe in Ukraine" in support of the strategic course of Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych has started in Mariinsky park, ForUm correspondent reports.
As of 9.00 am, there were about three thousand supporters of the Party of Regions. However, people continue arriving. Protesters carry flags of Ukraine and of the Party of Regions.
Police cordon is not strengthened near the Presidential Administration. About 30 people stay directly near the Administration.
The situation is calm.
