Countdown of 30-day period, after which the President has the right to dissolve the Parliament, has not started yet as the Verkhovna Rada formally works, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said on Parliament’s sidelines, ForUm correspondent reports.
Yefremov reminded that though plenary sessions weren’t held, they were opened and closed by the speaker.
