Verkhovna Rada chairman Volodymyr Rybak put today's plenary session off until tomorrow, ForUm correspondent reports.
Plenary session was not opened as the required amount of people's deputies had not registered in the session hall. Thus, 220 MPs were present at the first registration, 214 MPs - at the repeated one.
"It is impossible to hold plenary session with such an amount of the deputies, so I put it off until Friday, 10 am," Rybak said.
During registration, opposition factions blocked the rostrum and presidium, covering it with the national flag of Ukraine.
