Faction of the Communist Party did not vote for dismissal of the Cabinet of Ministers, because it did not agree with the wording of the draft resolution, submitted by the opposition, Communist leader Petro Symonenko told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The so-called opposition leaders wrote that reason for dismissal was failure to sign the Association Agreement in Vilnius. We opposed signing of the agreement, urging to hold referendum on this issue. That’s why did not vote," he said.

He noted that the CPU supports dismissal of Azarov’s government, but for other reasons. "I have already given our proposals to speaker Volodymyr Rybak, which refers to the government's resignation for economic reasons. Now we need to collect 150 signatures," Symonenko said.
