The 2013 Land Reform budget program seeks to expedite implementation of land inventory, a reliable source of accurate online information on land plots. Some 202.7 million UAH have already been budgeted to support a fast and efficient inventory, the Information-Analytical Bulletin of the cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reports.
To accelerate and simplify the issue of land information to citizens of Ukraine, the State Agency of Land Resources will also utilize the Internet and e-mail.
Also, since beginning of 2013, any land plot or cadastral map can be viewed in a single public transparent online system. The system is very user friendly. You enter the cadastral number of the plot, the map will show the drawing and associated information: area, ownership and purpose of the land.
As of December 2, 2013, the State Land Cadaster has registered 1.147 million land plots and issued 776,958 extracts from it.
According to experts, the information technologies utilized by specialists of the land agency in developing the cadaster, contributes to high mobility of the agency and really simplifies the procedure for issue of land information (the maximum number of plots registered during a day reached over 6,500, and the maximum number of extracts issued during a day – nearly 3,700 documents).
