Rybak sees no reasons to declare state of emergency

Ukraine has no reasons for imposition of the state of emergency, head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"As of today, this issue (the state of emergency. - Ed.) has not been considered at any level. There is a problem with work at administration buildings. But I do not see the need to introduce the state of emergency in the country," Rybak said.
