Storming of the buildings of the Kyiv city state administration and Administration of President cannot be considered a provocation, social scientist and director of the Research and Branding Group company Yevhen Kopatko told a Kyiv-Moscow conference "Results of Vilnius Summit "Eastern Partnership", ForUm's correspondent reports.
"The picture is one and the same, participants are the same, so what provocation are we talking about? There are certain radical groups among the protesters in Maidan, who planned the whole action. Thus, I insist that the storming of these government buildings was not a provocation," he said.
