Arbuzov: Ukraine will sign Association when it’s ready

First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov said that Ukraine offers the EU to establish a bilateral commission to develop a "roadmap" for the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement conclusion. He told this reporters after the summit of "Eastern Partnership" in Vilnius.

He noted that it could be a bilateral commission, but if necessary, with the consent of the parties, the negotiation process can involve Russia. He hoped that "the work of the commission will allow signing the Association Agreement in the near future".

However, Arbuzov noted that today the EU stood against the involvement of Russia.
