EuroMaidan will not be dispersed if it operates under the current Ukrainian legislation, Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka told a briefing in Kharkiv.
"EuroMaidan, rallies, peaceful demonstrations will not be dispersed in such legal democratic state like Ukraine," Pshonka said.
"If everything is carried out in a legal norm," the Prosecutor General added immediately.
Pshonka noted that there are people in the Kyiv EuroMaidan, who provoke a conflict situation, coming to the Maidan with tear gas, batons and so on.
The Prosecutor General said that the law enforcers will respond adequately to such cases. "If there are violations, there will be an adequate response," Pshonka said.
