Europe confirms the openness to the Association Agreement with Ukraine, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said before the morning program of the Eastern Partnership summit, ForUm correspondent reports from Vilnius.
"However, Ukraine has to decide what it wants. I hope the European progress will be as quick as possible," she said.
She also said that the European side had productive negotiations with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius.
