Ukraine intends to discuss the issues of agricultural sector in tripartite negotiations with the EU and the Russian Federation, agrarian policy and food minister of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk announced, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to him, Ukraine plans to negotiate with the European Union and the Russian Federation regarding the harmonization of technical regulations and European standards, as well as compliance with the free trade area of both sides.

"As for the Customs Union, to terminate duties on sugar and caramel, stick to WTO commitments regarding free trade and access of Ukrainian products to the third markets," the minister said.

For its part, according to Prysiazhniuk, Ukraine will ensure the creation of attractive opportunities for foreign investment, guarantee free access for the products of the partner countries to its markets and provide conditions "that will help combine efforts and feed the world as a whole together."
