Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said that President Viktor Yanukovych will visit the summit in Vilnius, where he intends to discuss the issue of consultations with the Russian Federation and the European Union.
Ukrainian Prime Minister at a meeting with a group of foreign journalists also said that in December Kyiv starts talks on roadmap of the development of relations with Russia.
