The Kyiv police confirmed information about the use of smoke bombs during the rally near the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Kyiv Interior Ministry department spokeswoman Olga Bilyk told ForUm correspondent.
"There was a smoke bomb. It was thrown by protesters into law enforcement officers," she said.
Bilyk also stressed that information about shooting near the Cabinet building was not true.
She also said that police did not arrest anybody, and it is still unknown whether someone was hospitalized or needed medical care because of this incident.
