Russian President Vladimir Putin has reaffirmed Russia's willingness to hold tripartite negotiations with Ukraine and the EU concerning trade and economic relations.
"We are prepared to take part in these negotiations, and this can well be viewed as a litmus test for seriousness of our European partners' intentions," Putin said following talks with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
