Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak adjourned the session till 4.50 p.m., ForUm correspondent reports.
A proposal to adjourn was made by MPs from the opposition factions, who blocked the rostrum.
The work of the working group on developing a joint bill on the treatment of prisoners abroad was also adjourned because of lack of quorum.
