The government will fully pay social benefits till December 10, first vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov said at the conciliation board, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The President instructed to pay all social benefits until December 10. We’ll do that, there is a specific plan," the first vice PM assured.
According to him, some economic difficulties have arisen because of the situation in the global economy that has just started to recover. "For example, such an important global economic player as the European Union, continues to demonstrate the GDP dynamics at 0%. The economic growth in major developing countries has slowed down. However, domestic enterprises show a positive trend of exports in some areas against this background," Arbuzov said.
At the same time, he said that despite the fact that the balances in the accounts of the State Treasury fell, Ukraine continues to meet its external obligations.
According to Arbuzov, the issue of budget depends on signing of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. "When we know the situation on the subject, then we’ll be able to include updated macroeconomic indicators in the budget," Arbuzov said.
