President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych expressed condolences to President of Russia Vladimir Putin over the plane crash in Kazan, the press service of the Head of State reports.
"It is with deep sorrow that Ukraine has received the news about the crash of Boeing 737 that occurred at Kazan airport on November 17, 2013 and took away dozens of human lives," the Head of State noted.
"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, please convey the words of sincere condolences to the families of the deceased on behalf of Ukrainian people and from me personally," Yanukovych said.
