The European Union may decide on signing of the Association Agreement with Ukraine at the summit of "Eastern Partnership" in Vilnius on November 28.
"This decision can be made directly on November 28 in Vilnius, without any additional meetings," head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski said in interview with Ukrainian daily “Sehodnya”.
According to him, the leaders of the EU countries will attend the summit, but they must obtain a mandate from their governments and parliaments. "Since not all the conditions, agreed with the Ukrainian government and the President at the EU-Ukraine summit in February, have been fulfilled, it is difficult to imagine how this can be done in such a short time," Tombinski said.
