
"The working group has indeed sought a consensus, but we have failed to agree on the majority of paragraphs. Only a third part of the bill clauses have been approved. We've spent a day, but have not achieved anything," he said.
According to him, the MPs have failed to develop a draft bill, which would satisfy all political forces. "Discussions and debates have not given positive results, thus we still do not have a concerted draft bill," the official summed up.
The parliament has registered a draft bill "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on humanization of execution of certain types of punishment." A document, worked out by the MPs of the temporary working group, has been registered under the number 3599, official website of the parliament reports.
