The draft Association Agreement with the European Union has no provisions restricting the right of Ukraine to participate in other interstate associations, justice minister of Ukraine Olena Lukash said in an interview with the "Uriadovyi Kurier" governmental newspaper.
"Document analysis proved that the draft Association Agreement had no provisions that would restrict the right of Ukraine to participate in free trade zones with other states and other international organizations," the minister said.
She added that the draft agreement with the EU has a provision, according to which Ukraine will in no way break its obligations to the countries - members of the Customs Union, the Common Economic Space (Russia , Belarus, Kazakhstan) in case of signing the Agreement with the EU.
