President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has opened a new station of Kyiv subway "Teremky" and promised that the construction of subway will continue, ForUm correspondent reports.
The President thanked all those, who took part in construction of the new station, and promised that subway constructors will not be left without work in future.
Yanukovych also said that Kyiv ordered the production of 50 modernized cars for metro trains and subways at the Kriukiv wagon factory. He added that other cities will also get new cars.
