Ukraine has completed most of the procedures for signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union, and there are good reasons to expect a positive outcome of the Vilnius summit, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov stated, speaking at a regional meeting of the World Economic Forum in Kyiv.
The Prime Minister noted that Ukraine over the past two years negotiated with the leaders of the EU and the European Commission, which led to the initialing of a large and capacious document that envisages a creation of the free trade area with the EU, visa-free regime and political association with the EU.
Azarov also said that Ukraine will have to prepare its own industry for difficult conditions of competition on the European market.
