Failure to pass in the second reading and as the whole the bills from the so-called "Europackage" (on prosecutor’s office, on the treatment of prisoners abroad, on the electoral law) should not affect the effectiveness of the Vilnius summit, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said, ForUm correspondent reports.
