According to him, "to improve social and spiritual life we need to introduce European standards."
"There in Kyiv we believe that both Ukraine and Russia are an integral part of the European civilization. Thus, Ukraine's rapprochement with the EU and preservation of strategic partnership with Russia meet these global tasks," he said.
