Speaker of Ukrainian parliament Volodymyr Rybak is convinced that the parliament will adopt the draft bill on amendments to the law "On parliaments elections" before the Vilnius summit, scheduled for November 28-29.

"Amendments to the law will be submitted in October-November, but before the signing of the Association agreement," the speaker said in an interview with "Focus" magazine.

Rybak specified that the amendments would concern the ballot measure process to prevent situations, when the Central Election Commission cannot establish vote results at a polling station.

As a reminder, deputies of Ukraine have claimed to work extra hours to adopt amendments to the legislation, required by the EU, but this week the parliament is having troubles to adopt at least the agenda.
